SEAFREIGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE 


Main Responsibilities:

We are follwing up cooperate seafreight guidelines and other related guidelines;

We monitor and get involved in documentation's responsibility and task to ensure the smooth shipment arrangement;

We implement customer standard operational procedure;

We follow operation process (Create file in operation system, container order with carrier and booking agent and release shipping order, follow up factory loading and export clearance,etc);

Ensure data quality;

Communicate in a proper and timely manner with customers, and other Kuehne & Nagel teams/offices, truckers & customs broker to arrange the shipment timely and correctly;


Requirements:

College diploma, good command of oral and written English;

2 years of experience in an operating position in the forwarding industry;

Good command of seafreight forwarding knowledge and general export procedures.






SEAFREIGHT OPERATION


Main Responsibilities:

Daily communication with overseas & domestic customer for shipment arrangement confirmation

Place booking with direct carrier or via local booking agent

Co-ordinate with warehouse for CFS cargo receiving and container loading plan making

Co-ordinate with trucker for door to door service arrangement

Co-ordinate with customs broker for cargo declaration

Keep date input into system for shipment details

Coordiate with overseas customer for exceptional case handling


Requirements:

1-2 years working experience for ocean freight forwarding operation

Good command for written English

Good understanding on logistics procedure

Good communication skill

Be able to work independently with patience and good initiatives

Be positive and capable to handle changes

Take ownership of problems and solutions, team player.

Strong self-learning skills
